Financial Assistance

As a Catholic school, we are committed to making a faith-filled education accessible to families. Financial assistance is available for eligible students in Kindergarten through 8th grade who demonstrate financial need. Assistance may include Archdiocese of Chicago awards and/or McGraw Scholarships. Pre-K students are not eligible for financial aid.

To be considered, families must complete the FACTS Grant & Aid Application, upload all required supporting documents, and pay the $30 application fee. Scholarships are renewable; however, families must reapply through FACTS each year.

New families should begin the application using the button above. Current Pope Francis families can access the Grant & Aid section through their FACTS account and select “Begin Application.”

The application process requires detailed household income and expense information, including 2025 tax documents, to help the review committee accurately assess financial need. Questions about financial assistance may be directed to the Director of Admissions.

To be considered for financial assistance you must first submit a FACTS Grant and Aid Application, upload all required supporting documents, and pay the online application fee ($30) to FACTS. Caritas and McGraw Scholarships are renewable, but you must reapply through the FACTS Grand & Aid Application each year to be considered.

Applying for aid through the FACTS Grant and Aid application is simple:

If you are a new family without a FACTS account, begin at the maroon button above. If you are a current Pope Francis family, log onto your own Pope Francis FACTS account and you will see a section on the left which refers to Payment Plans and a section on the right which refers to Grant and Aid. Under the Grant and Aid section, click the button that says, “Begin Application.”

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ONLY STUDENTS FROM KINDERGARTEN THROUGH 8TH GRADE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR AID. PRE-K STUDENTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR AID.

FINANCIAL AID COMMITMENTS AND AGREEMENTS

Receipt of any form of financial assistance is a privilege and there are commitments each family must make to maintain the award including, but not limited to, the family remaining in good financial standing with Pope Francis Global Academy, strong family participation and volunteerism on behalf of the school, a commitment to living out the mission and philosophy of the school as delineated in the school handbook, students remaining in good academic (effort is considered and not a specific minimum GPA) standing and good behavioral standing.
