FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Limited financial assistance may be available for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade whose families who have a demonstrated need. Aid may include Caritas, Rise, and/or McGraw Scholarships.  Rising Kindergarten through 8th grade students are eligible to apply.  No aid is available for Pre-K students.

To be considered for financial assistance you must first submit a FACTS Grant and Aid Application, upload all required supporting documents, and pay the online application fee ($30) to FACTS. Caritas and McGraw Scholarships are renewable, but you must reapply through the FACTS Grand & Aid Application each year to be considered.  


Applying for aid through the FACTS Grant and Aid application is simple:

If you are a new family without a FACTS account, begin at the maroon button above. If you are a current Pope Francis family, log onto your own Pope Francis FACTS account and you will see a section on the left which refers to Payment Plans and a section on the right which refers to Grant and Aid. Under the Grant and Aid section, click the button that says, “Begin Application.”

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ONLY STUDENTS FROM KINDERGARTEN THROUGH 8TH GRADE ARE ELIGIBLE FOR AID. PRE-K STUDENTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR AID.

The step-by-step process is not difficult but it will require you to enter all of your family’s income and expense information. Aid for the current school year is limited but please contact the Director of Admissions if you would like to apply. You will need to upload tax documents from the 2023 tax year. 2023 tax returns will give the review committee the most accurate and up-to-date information about your family’s actual need.

The Grant and Aid Application for the 2024-25 school year is open now. We will alert you once award decisions have been made in the late spring.

FINANCIAL AID COMMITMENTS AND AGREEMENTS

Receipt of any form of financial assistance is a privilege and there are commitments each family must make to maintain the award including, but not limited to, the family remaining in good financial standing with Pope Francis Global Academy, strong family participation and volunteerism on behalf of the school, a commitment to living out the mission and philosophy of the school as delineated in the school handbook, students remaining in good academic (effort is considered and not a specific minimum GPA) standing and good behavioral standing.
