RE-ENROLLMENT IS UNDERWAY FOR 2024-25!
Letter to Current Parents with updated 2024-25 Tuition
Please complete your FACTS re-enrollment by following the instructions below. By doing so you will help us gain a clearer picture of the availability we will have in each classroom for NEW students. CLICK HERE FOR THE COMPLETE LIST OF RE-ENROLLMENT INCENTIVES.
Thank you!
Instructions for re-enrolling:
1 To begin re-enrollment now, CLICK HERE to log into your current FACTS account.
2 When you log into your current FACTS account you will land on a page that says “Hello” at the top. Click the words “Set up a Payment Plan.” Be sure to choose the 2024-25 Payment Plan option as we are leaving the current school year set-up open as well since we will continue to enroll new students for this year.
3 This will take you to a screen that says “Welcome.” Just above the word “Welcome”, click the 2024-25 School year button. More info will pop up for you to read, then press “Begin.”
4 Everything from there should be straightforward. You will be setting up “customer” information, “student” information, “forms”, your “payment options”, your “payment details” and your “payment schedule.”
5 If you have a NEW SIBLING beginning this year, please “enroll” them on FACTS with your returning students AND COMPLETE AND RETURN THIS NEW SIBLING APPLICATION TO THE SCHOOL OFFICE.
6 The process will be complete once you “review” and “authorize” the $200 enrollment fee payment and that payment has been processed. The enrollment fee is automatically discounted by $100 until March 5, 2024.
7 From that point, you are re-enrolled and your space is secured.
8 In June, your annual tuition and fees will be applied to your family’s account, and the $50 Annual FACTS Administrative Fee (they call it an “enrollment” fee) will be processed. At that point, you will be able to see what your monthly payments will look like, beginning in with the July Resource and Fundraising Fees billing.
9 August through May payments will be for tuition and any incidentals, including EDP payments (for services used).
10 PLEASE NOTE: Completing the FACTS Grant and Aid Application is NOT the same as re-enrolling.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
If you have a student going into Kindergarten through 8th grade, you may apply for Financial Assistance through the FACTS Grant and Aid Application. This application will put you under consideration for aid through Caritas, the McGraw Foundation, and any other sources of funding we can find and make available to you.
The Illinois Tax Credit Scholarship will no longer be available. We highly encourage you to submit a FACTS Grant and Aid Application.
FACTS Grant and Aid Applications are due as soon as possible.
We are asking that you complete and upload your 2023 Tax Returns and w-2s (or 1099s) for the FACTS Grant and Aid application for the upcoming school year. If you have already completed the application using the 2022 Tax Returns, please go ahead and upload 2023 returns as soon as possible once they have been completed.
