Pope Francis Global Academy Virtual Tour - Sacred Spaces
While the St. Pascal Church building is our primary worship space, we are also supported by Our Lady of Victory Parish, and will occasionally utilize their church building for special events and Masses. We are blessed to have two of the most beautiful churches in Chicago readily available to us!
We walk to St. Pascal (at least) once per week through a short portico that connects our school to the church. Weekly Mass has traditionally been on Wednesday mornings, and will likely continue as such. Classrooms take turns planning and leading the Masses with our younger grade levels being assisted by their Prayer Partners (students in a higher grade which are paired up for special activities throughout the year, including sitting together at, and planning, weekly Masses).
Our students are very comfortable in church as they visit the space frequently and many of our older students participate as Altar Servers and/or in the choir as well.
